Mike Ryan - Director Of Asset Management

Mike Ryan joins us as our Director of Asset Management, where he will focus on evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and enhancing portfolio performance across our assets. He leads underwriting efforts and partners with Operations to analyze financial performance, optimize revenue and expenses, and guide capital investment strategies.  Mike brings over 9 years of experience in real estate investment and financial analysis. Prior to joining Makor, he held roles in acquisitions and analytics with Forest Properties Management, where he was responsible for underwriting transactions, evaluating portfolio performance, and supporting strategic initiatives across a large, geographically diverse portfolio.  Earlier in his career, Mike spent more than a decade at Brown Brothers Harriman, where he held various roles within alternative investments and fund accounting, ultimately focusing on business analysis and process improvement. His experience spans both institutional investment operations and hands-on real estate underwriting.  Mike holds an MBA from Boston College with a concentration in Corporate Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing. 

Meaghan Mannion - Regional Property Manager

Meaghan Mannion joins us as our Regional Property Manager and will oversee our portfolio in the southern NH region. Meaghan brings over a decade of experience in multifamily property management across luxury, lease-up, value-add, and military housing communities. She has a strong track record of driving operational and financial performance across multi-site portfolios, including experience overseeing a nine property portfolio. Throughout her career, Meaghan has led diverse communities, implemented streamlined processes, and improved NOI while reducing turnover and vacancy through data driven operational strategies.
Meaghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and a graduate of the National Apartment Association’s Diversity Leadership Program.
