We are thrilled to announce that effective Jan 1, 2025, we have officially assumed the management contract for five properties in North Carolina and South Carolina. The properties, in which Makor also has an ownership interest, are Martin’s Creek Apartments and Wellington Place (both located in Summerville, SC), 29 Edgewater Apartments (Bluffton, SC), Lenox at Patterson Place (Durham, NC), and Cottages on Elm (Fayetteville, NC). These communities are an important part of our company’s history, and we are excited to continue building on the trusted relationships we've established and the success we've achieved together.
