Michael Ryan

Mike Ryan serves as our Director of Asset Management, where he focuses on evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and enhancing portfolio performance across our assets. He leads underwriting efforts and partners with Operations to analyze financial performance, optimize revenue and expenses, and guide capital investment strategies.  Mike brings over 9 years of experience in real estate investment and financial analysis. Prior to joining Makor, he held roles with Forest Properties Management and Brown Brothers Harriman. His experience spans both institutional investment operations and hands-on real estate underwriting.  Mike holds an MBA from Boston College with a concentration in Corporate Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing.
